Our current Bird's Nest is at 506 S Birch, Creston, IA 50801.  You pay to garnish Curtiss Bird, approximately $150 court fees, I'll file all paperwork and you can have all the proceeds.  He currently owes me over $30,000 and it all can be yours! I would like the thank the person that informed us Kelsey works at the hospital.  We informed the insurance company and they garnished $4,000 Thanks!  Curtiss owes the state of Iowa $1,275 for no insurance and bald tires.  Currently has no valid license.

LOF Express Ankeny, IA

LOF Owner Ted Sage portrays himself as a true Christian on his website. He does not love nor respect the neighborhood in which he chose to build his business. I wish I had checked Iowa Courts Online before he started building.  After the business was up and running, I had to hear a buzzer inside my house 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. I wrote him a letter in January 2016.  He did not reply, I went and talked to the manager.  I said you wouldn't live like this, and you wouldn't want your family too.  The apartment called the police and other neighbors complained.  Ted Sage did nothing for nine months!

VETERAN FAMILY WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD FORCED OUT OF THEIR HOUSE!

We did not need an alarm clock at 5:45 A.M.  because the buzzer would go off when employees arrived each day including during a blizzard!  It gave me PTSD so bad; I went to the V.A. for help.  At my wits end before I decided to move, I put this large 16' X 20' sign in my yard!  When you google TED SAGE, you find out, he was arrested in a prostitution sting.  It was only after the sign was up for less than two days, that Sage finally came over to talk. He laughingly introduced himself as, "I'm your bad neighbor."   He claimed OSHA required the buzzer. I contacted OSHA and there is no such regulation. There are 18 other places in Ankeny to get oil changes and they don't have a buzzer blasting outside the business.  The buzzer on the outside was unnecessary because the workers are inside the establishment with blue tooth headsets and there are cameras on premises. He finally found the volume control on the buzzer, but it was too late. If he would have done that on Day 1, we could have stayed in our house saved over 100K.  I would have never needed to meet Curtiss Bird.  A little respect to our Veterans goes along way!
